First: Digital Products

(e.g., PDF files, e-courses, downloadable digital content)

Due to the nature of digital products, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not possible after purchase and once the file has been downloaded or opened.

In the event of a technical issue preventing access to the content (e.g., a broken link or a corrupted file), please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will resolve the issue or resend the content.

Second: Physical Products

Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

In its original condition

Unused

Unwashed

With original packaging

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-made items

Products that have been used or damaged after receipt

The customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping costs unless the error is on the part of the platform.

Third: Refunds

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed via the same payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on the payment provider).
